I highly recommend this dryer. I've had mine for about 2 years. now and use it regularly. must not rotate trays during the drying process in order to shorten the drying time. by Ron
Not much to say that has not already been said. I found each tray contains approximately one pound of meat. I cut mine a bit ' more often so I run the unit about 5 to 6 hours. by Mac
